Dear Vicky: Hike in the Time of COVID-19
And Paraglider Watching
Hello! Hello! Hello!
Welcome back to anther of my rambling session! The pandemic is over, right? It felt like a million years ago. During the pandemic, we all did everything at our disposal to mediate the shock and stress brought by the lockdowns and the onslaught of the virus. One of our coping mechanisms is hiking. Luckily, the British built a lovely system of hiking trails around Hong Kong that is easily accessible. One of the best routes is an 8km trail from Dragons Back to Big Wave Bay. It’s a moderate route with great scenery. And if the weather’s good, you’d see paragliders along the way.
I brought my camera with a dark red filter on the hike and here’s a few photos.
That’s it for today! Thank you for coming along for the hike! Stay hydrated! Until next time!

Nice! Love the solo paraglider in the sky!
So nice. That first one is just 👌
We’ve got some amazing trails around my way as well but those views you had were phenomenal.
