Dear Vicky: Urban Compression
First, a photo of Vicky.
Hong Kong has one of the highest population densities in the world. That means to house 7.5 million people within the boundaries, there are many tall buildings cramped together everywhere. The late German photographer Michael Wolf had a wonderful series on Hong Kong’s buildings called Architecture of Density. You can see some of the pictures from that series here:

It is an aspect of Hong Kong that always fascinates me. Whenever I’m at an interesting vantage point to appreciate that density, I take photos. Not that I think they are worth seeing after you’ve seen the work of Mr. Wolf, but it’s still Hong Kong. So here are some photos:
