Dear Vicky, You Funny Gal
A Street Shot from Hong Kong
Hong Kong’s got a population of 7.5 million. When you cram this many people in such a small area, you are gonna see some accidental humour around town. It’s a mathematical inevitability.
I like it when I don’t have things to do or place to go, so I can wander around town looking at the hustling crowd minding their own business. Occasionally, I’d find small gems like this photo.
My first reaction when I saw this scene was the German term shadenfreude. I’m not a bad person-just ask my prison warden for reference-, but I find this very funny. The position the man chose to sit down is perfection. Or I’m giving myself too much credit, and this is not that funny. I don’t know.
On a side note, the Hong Kong government was very anti street art. They used to deploy a lot of resources to remove graffitis and other street arts it deemed inappropriate while spending obscene amounts of money hosting trophy events such as Art Basel. I find such stupidity insufferable. Rant over!
Thanks for staying this long! See you!

I have nothing clever to say, as usual, but the picture was interesting.
Thanks.
