'I don't know what to make of them'- How about a series of photos with a few clear highlights? The shadow (first) photo is very much to my liking, as is 'a door','flower bed' and 'father and son'.
From what I can gather, Ortho film doesn't record reds (these are usually shown as very dark) but anything blue (or blue/green) tends towards overexposure, relatively speaking. It can produce some great effects but might be better in less sunny / lower contrast situations.
So cool you got to see so many heavenly bodies in your skies! Nice images: I especially enjoyed the first three (great shapes) and the light pole at the end (always love a light/lamp post).
the door really gets me. i love stairwells, windows and doorways. I have a photograph of a stairwell that you would swear was a painting. If I can, I'll send it to you.
