Paris: En Ville
Hello, everyone! This line was written last Wednesday.
Let me start over.
Hello, everyone!
The past week went by in a weird way. I was busy, but then, I don't think I did much, at least not much worth remembering. As a result, I don’t even have things to rant about.
Sometimes, I think about why I stick to photography. And this morning, I was reminded again that it has value, because I took a photo.
George the Great Camera Comic.
George and I were sitting on opposite sides of the dining table. He was playing around with the Lomo fisheye camera, which was already broken. Light coming through the kitchen window was just right, and I grabbed my camera and shot this. And I am pretty happy about it. I think I am gonna keep doing this.
Anyway, moving on to today’s topic: Paris.
My recent trip was a short one, shorter still with the marathon. I tried to make the most out of the time I had minus the run. So I did a lot of walking, avoiding most of the tourist attractions. So here are some photos from around town.
My hotel window.
An old Cadillac.
Porte de Vanves flea market.
Trees.
A crack overhead.
A random bike.
Two random bikes, one drunk.
A random chair on a street corner.
More randomness.
Motel.
And that’s it for today. Thank you for stopping by! I hope you have a decent week ahead. Stay sane! A la prochaine!

Really rich dark tonality to these, nice!
Finally we get to see the genius behind all of this! Some very special shots, and of course your usual very dry captions that I've come to appreciate. My favorites are 'my hotel window', 'a crack overhead'(probably born out of your Hongkong habit of looking up), and 'motel'.
