Trees of Black and White
This past weekend, George the Park Ranger checked out five parks’ playgrounds in two days. No one told me parenthood means spending most of your waking hours on playgrounds. So, one sunny Sunday, while the wife stayed on the playground watch George, I wandered off into the park and took some photos. I bought coffee for her when I was done. So here are some trees on HP5+.
Tree and a mother
A few leaves are hanging on.
Trees, shadows and castle. Upon looking at it on my computer, I am not a big fan of the framing choice.
Trees and sunlit lawn.
Silhouette of a tree.
Tree and sun.
Twigs and ferns.
Trees and sky.
Visiting Stumpy.
Tree, shadow and men.
Tree and bench. And yes, this tree has appeared more than once in this post.
There it is. Just a bunch of trees. Thank you for visiting my little corner. Enjoy your weekend! Till we meet again!

"Just a bunch of trees." Just because you prefer short captions, doesn't mean you have to sell your photography short. You're blessed with an intuitive way of shooting, which means not all of your shots are keepers (not a single photographer's are), but you capture things others miss; there seems to be not inhibition, no slowing-down thought process. You see, you shoot. I can sometimes shoot quickly when I'm prepared (e.g. in bird photography), but when I'm walking about, I tend to have all kinds of thoughts about composition and lighting. 'Tree, shadow and men' is a good (and wonderful!) example of a shot a lot of us would have missed.
I love trees. Thanks for sharing. Hope the coffee was hot! 😃
